- Best for: Workspace owners
- Where to find it:
Prompt detail -> Share,Collection header -> Share
Key points
- You can share an individual prompt or an entire collection.
- Optional password protection keeps the link private without forcing a full account invite.
What this feature does
Sharing publishes a prompt or collection to a clean public view that does not expose the rest of your workspace. It is designed for simple handoff and review.
Why it is useful
Sometimes you need to send work out quickly without inviting someone into the full app. Public sharing gives you a cleaner handoff and more control than pasting prompt text into email or chat.
How to use it
- Open the prompt you want to share and choose Share, or open a collection and use the share action in the collection header.
- Choose Generate share link.
- Copy the link and send it to the people who need it.
- If the content needs more control, turn on password protection and set a password or PIN before sharing.
- If the prompt or collection changes and the old link should no longer work, revoke the link from the same sharing panel.
Tips
- Use password protection for client-facing or internal material that should not be forwarded casually.
- Review the sample output before sharing because viewers can see it along with the prompt.
- Collections are better than single prompts when the recipient needs several related assets in one place.
Common use cases
- Sending a polished prompt to a client without giving workspace access.
- Sharing a grouped set of launch prompts with a small team.
- Temporarily publishing a prompt for feedback, then revoking it afterward.
