What this feature does​

PrompX includes two related workflows for scale: bulk actions for managing groups of prompts inside the workspace, and Import / Export for moving prompt data in and out as JSON.

Why it is useful​

As the library grows, manual cleanup becomes slow and error-prone. Bulk tools help you reorganize faster, while export gives you a backup and migration path.

How to use it​

  1. Turn on bulk mode in the workspace when you need to work on several prompts at once.
  2. Select the prompts you want to update.
  3. Use the bulk action bar to add tags, add prompts to collections, export the selected set, or delete the selected set.
  4. For a full-library backup, open Import / Export from the account menu.
  5. Choose Export JSON to download a file containing your prompts.
  6. Choose a JSON file to import previously exported prompts. Imported prompts are added as new entries rather than overwriting existing ones.

Tips​

  • Export before large cleanup work so you always have a recovery point.
  • Bulk tagging is a fast way to normalize older prompts after you settle on a tagging system.
  • Use full export for backups and selected export for focused handoffs or audits.

  • Backing up the workspace before a major reorganization.
  • Applying a new tag set to many related prompts at once.
  • Moving prompts from one account or environment into another.
