Collections

At a glance

  • Plan: All plans
  • Best for: Workspace owners
  • Where to find it: Sidebar -> New collection, Prompt -> More -> Add to Collection

Key points

  • Collections group prompts without duplicating them.
  • AI Curate can cluster prompts, find duplicates, or suggest gaps inside a collection.

What this feature does

Collections let you group related prompts together without creating separate copies. A single prompt can belong to more than one collection, which keeps reuse flexible.

Why it is useful

Collections are useful when work should be browsed as a set instead of as individual prompts. They help when you need a clean package for a client, campaign, team process, or recurring project.

How to use it

  1. Create a collection from the sidebar and give it a clear name.
  2. Open any prompt, choose More, and select Add to Collection.
  3. Choose one or more collections, then save the membership changes.
  4. Open a collection from the sidebar to browse only the prompts inside it.
  5. Use the collection header actions to share the collection or run AI Curate.
  6. Rename or delete collections from the Collections manager whenever the structure changes.

Tips

  • Collections do not delete or duplicate the prompts inside them. They only organize membership.
  • Use one collection per deliverable when you need a clean client handoff.
  • Run AI Curate in cluster mode to see natural themes, dedupe mode to find overlap, and gap mode to spot missing prompt ideas.

Common use cases

  • Creating a launch pack with email, announcement, FAQ, and social prompts.
  • Grouping internal prompts by department or workflow.
  • Building a client collection you can share as one public link.
