Stats and Insights

At a glance

  • Plan: All plans
  • Best for: Workspace owners
  • Where to find it: Account menu -> Stats

Key points

  • Stats can be reviewed by timeframe and exported as CSV.
  • You can copy a text summary for quick weekly reporting.

What this feature does

Stats gives you a lightweight view of how your prompt library is being used. It surfaces activity trends, top prompts, categories, tags, output types, and other signals that help you see what people actually reuse.

Why it is useful

A library becomes more valuable when you know which prompts are worth improving, templating, or sharing more broadly. Stats helps you spot that quickly.

How to use it

  1. Open the account menu and choose Stats.
  2. Select the timeframe you want to review.
  3. Review created prompts, copies, favorites, shared prompts, and top prompts in the current range.
  4. Use the trend area to understand activity over time.
  5. Copy the summary if you want a quick text recap, or export CSV if you want to analyze the data elsewhere.
  6. Set or adjust your weekly goal if you use prompt creation as an operating habit.

Tips

  • A prompt with high copy activity is often a strong candidate for templating or collection packaging.
  • Use timeframe changes to separate short-term experiments from long-term patterns.
  • Stats focus on non-NSFW prompts, which keeps the reporting view cleaner for general workflow review.

Common use cases

  • Running a weekly review of your most-used prompts.
  • Identifying which prompt categories are getting the most traction.
  • Exporting a CSV to share activity trends with a broader team.
